Travel from Shin-Fuji Station to the Mt. Fuji Fifth Station and begin the climb once you've acclimatized to the altitude. By evening, you'll have gained elevation on your own two feet, all the way to a mountain hut near the Ninth Station.
Rest and have dinner at the mountain hut before heading for the summit. Waiting in the darkness for your next departure is itself an unforgettable part of climbing Mt. Fuji.
Set off again in the middle of the night and climb toward the summit as you wait for dawn. Watch the sky change color as the sun rises beyond a sea of clouds.

Gather at Shin-Fuji Station and travel to the Mt. Fuji 5th Station. Begin the climb after acclimatizing to the altitude, reaching a mountain hut near the Ninth Station in the evening. Rest after dinner.
Depart late at night or in the early morning and head for the summit while waiting for the sunrise. Depending on weather and physical condition, visiting around the crater may also be considered, before descending to the 5th Station and returning to Shin-Fuji Station.
